We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to be a Billing Coordinator at our office in King of Prussia, PA. This position is responsible for the billing functions of the inspections department.

Responsibilities of the position include:
This position is responsible for the billing and invoicing functions of the department

  • This position reports directly to the Operations Support Supervisor, and interfaces with the entire Department
  • Provide friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to a large client base
  • Convey effectively via email and phone to customers and coworkers
  • Compile all required information and maintain google tracker sheet as it relates to billing
  • Create all invoices accurately
  • Interface with associated customer portals for billing process
  • Assist with billing collections as necessary
  • Maintain effective and constant communication with Operations Support Supervisor and Department Manager
  • Attend bi-weekly department meetings
  • Problem solve daily challenges quickly and effectively
  • Job will require cross training with the other administrative responsibilities within the inspections department

Ideal candidate for the Administrator position will possess a minimum of the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required: Associates or Bachelors’ degree preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills and email skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent and positive customer service skills
  • Function effectively in a high paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable personality that works well in a team as well as independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required (Outlook/Excel/Word)
  • Typing and word processing skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background verification check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
