Candidate Requirements:
- Four year college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Office, Excel, Word and Project
- Desire to learn
- Strong in organization, planning, and scheduling
- Superior communication and relationship building skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Strong personal desire to succeed
- Must have a vehicle and clean driving record
Position Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform Fire Protection sprinkler head, piping layout and system design
- Attend Bid Meetings, Walk-Throughs and Trade Association events
- Process and complete Bid Forms, Bid Proposals and Bid Prequalifications
- Assist Road Division Senior Contract Sales Estimator/Manager
- Master OLIVER’s Estimating Programs
- Build customer relationships through prospecting and estimating
